Whatever means you use to contact us, please let us know what service or services you need and your contact information.

Remember that we offer financial and education and counseling services, such as Home Buyer’s Certificate and down payment assistance for home buyers and first home buyers, and mortgage financial assistance, as well as financial and educational and counseling to home owners.

For renters within the Montgomery County, we offer rental financial assistance if you qualify, as well as education and counseling assistance.

We also have a Credit Improvement Program and Budgeting and Money Management programs available to every resident of Pennsylvania age 18 or older. Because we offer remote (via web camera, video, Zoom, Google Meeting, etc.), we can assist individuals and families within the state of Pennsylvania. Individuals over the age of 18 can receive our services free of charge.

NOTE: You are welcome to make a donation if you want, but you will NOT be denied services if you cannot or do not want to offer us a donation. Donations are voluntary and because we are a 501.C3 charitable organization, you can inform the donation in your tax return. Please use our Donation button to receive a receipt.

Are you behind in your mortgage or did you receive an Act 91 Notice, a Notice of Foreclosure, Civil Complaint or Sheriff Sale?

Please give us some details inside the message block of the Contact Me form below.

    Take action at once.

► An Act 91 is a legal notice to begin foreclosure process and you must take immediate action. The Act 91 Notice tells you that you have 33 days to see a certified Housing Counseling Agency to apply for the Homeownership Emergency Assistance Program (HEMAP) program if you want to put a hold on the foreclosure process.

► For some government loans, such as VA, you may not get an Act 91. However, you will still get a Notice of Foreclosure or some type of legal notice, such as an Act 6. Please contact us immediately because time is of the essence.

► A Civil Complaint, is the next text in the process of the Foreclosure Process, before the Sheriff’s Sale. You need to take those notices seriously and take action.

You can text us at 267-401-0414, email, or use this page to contact us.

We will contact you within 48 hours.
