Alert – Coronavirus and Emergencies

ALERT – ALERT – CORONAVIRUS AND EMERGENCIES – We will offer only telephone services for the next 2 weeks.

In an effort to slow the spread of the coronavirus, our staff at American Credit Counseling Institute Inc. (ACCI) will be working remotely for the next two weeks. As a result, all ACCI offices will be closed to the public. Again, we will be able to offer remote services only. No in-person services will be offered for the next two weeks. Instead, we will do our counseling sessions over the telephone.

During this emergency, we will need to prioritize our services and will begin by offering only services to emergency situations. For instance, if you have an Act 91 notice or a Sheriff sale or a Civil Complaint notice, we will treat your case as an emergency. Mortgages from USDA or Rural Housing will need a Notice of Acceleration to be considered an emergency.

To serve you efficiently and promptly, we will ask you to email us the required forms and documents ahead of time so that we can prepare necessary forms and do most of the analysis and work before we call you. If you are willing to comply with those requirements, we will be willing to serve you. We will send you an email with instructions and forms.

To receive your email with the pertinent forms and instructions, please contact us by phone at 888-212-6741 or by internet at our website americancci.org, or email our manager at msoto@americancci.org. Please include your cell number, name, address, date of Act 91, Sheriff sale notice, etc., and best time to contact you on your email.
