Fee Schedule

We are a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, which means that we are a charity organization. We count on a few sources for funding, but the constant increase for our services require that we seek the help of clients that can afford it and the support of private entities that recognize the value or our efforts and are willing to help.

HUD authorizes us to accept donations and ask for fees to certain clients as long as the fees do not cause financial hardship. Below is our organization fee schedule:

First we need to make it clear to everyone that our educational, coaching, and counseling services are free of charge and we do not deny services to anyone because he or she cannot afford to make a donation. Also any donation big or small is greatly appreciated.

  1. No fee is required from
    a. an individual on food stamps**
    b. someone with a household income under 200% of the Federal Poverty level **, or
    c. someone who is facing mortgage foreclosure or mortgage payment difficulties on their principal residence or who has an Act 91 notice.
  2. For Credit and/or Budget counseling, Home buyer’s pre-purchase education classes for a certificate, and for our Fitness Financial program, we appreciate a contribution of $25 per person to help our agency offset some of the costs associated with obtaining a credit report and the printing of documents required for the educational and counseling sessions.

For other programs not covered by HUD, please ask.

NOTE : It is reasonable to understand that, if you are buying a home, you would be able to cover the cost of your credit report, but if that is not the case, please let us know. We do not deny our services for inability to cover the cost of a credit report. Also, your mortgage agent may be able to email us a copy of your tri-merge credit report if you already paid for it and you authorize him or her to do so.

If you make a monetary donation, please indicate so in your money order. While donations are tax-deductible, covering the cost of your credit report is not.
